Or, perhaps you know him as "Johnny Quaid," founding member and former guitarist of the rock band, My Morning Jacket...

You can catch John playing regularly around Boise with his Americana group, The Ravenna Colt, 

and occasionally moonlighting as a special guest for My Morning Jacket (coming to the Idaho Center on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025).
